Please ban puppy mills. Besides the abuse they put the breeding dogs through, the puppies have all sort of illnesses and are sold all over the state and spread these diseases to other animals. Our rescues have enough animals to rescue they do not need to keep rescuing large groups of dogs from greedy people making money off abusing animals.

Please end this greedy, heartless "business".
We have enough puppies in the world without "humans" causing over breeding to make money.

Puppy mills should be banned in Arkansas. As many dogs (and cats) that are in shelters should have a chance at a good life. I am a true advocate.

You have all seen the horrible pictures of these babies living in filth, out in the elements, no vet car and little food. If they were treated fairly the people doing this would not be hiding them on back farms and dirty ateas. Please stop this. Make them have a license to have minimal amount of animals and constantly being checked. You will find a lot of us that will volunteer to do the screening continuously with no pay. Please consider what is right and humane. God is watching all of you not caring for his creatures. Stop the torture!

Puppy mills should be banned. Private breeders who specialize in one particular breed & maintain their breeding pairs in a happy & healthy invironment is not what I petition against. It's the caged or not caged animals that are mistreated, starved, not maintained properly or cared for & only bred for profit in disgusting conditions that need to be shut down.
