Puppy mills are not only cruel but they make Arkansas look like an ignorant state where people would not like to live and where businesses would not prosper.

Please stop the influx of this dark economy in our state! When our state has loose laws and surrounding states have strict laws, we are rolling out the welcome mat for under-the-table, cash scams.
It costs tax payers to clean up these messes, and leaves a trail of disaster behind.

I own dogs from puppy mills! I have one that is blind due to the loss of both eyeballs from the amonia in the urine she had to lay in. She still eats her feces because that's all she knows. The other is mentally retarded due to inbreeding. Mating same generations. It's sick and twisted!!! Make it stop!!!

Please stop puppy mills, we have so many, many animals that need adopting. I adopted a rescued puppy mill dog, he had never walked on grass, or been outside his cage. It was so very sad at 2 1/2 to see how frightened he was. Please stop these horrible abusive situations.
