As a long time dog rescuer with several non profit rescue groups, I have witnessed first hand the horror of these puppy mills. What has happened to our humanity that Arkansas has chosen for too many years to ignore the suffering and cruelty that these dogs suffer at the hands of people only interested in making money at the expense of these animals that face untold horrors. Please do the right thing and Stop Puppy Mills in Arkansas!!

I have been to puppy mills. The dogs are filthy. The mothers are bred over and over until they are too worn down to go on. Inhumane is a nice word for the conditions.

Can you imagine forcing your dog to live his or her entire life in a small wire cage with no human companionship, toys or comfort, and little hope of ever becoming part of a family? That is what life is like for a puppy mill breeding dog. Help stop this cycle of cruelty.

This legislation is absolutely necessary and has nothing to do with the farming industry! It is about protecting the dogs that are abused every day please pass this piece of legislation.
