Puppy mills are cruel! God's creatures don't deserve this! Stop allowing puppy mills to continue to make money by abusing and neglecting pups and adult dogs they use as puppy making machines. There are too many homeless pets out there. Let's take care of them!

Puppy mills are Amina's factories for profit. This is not the natural way . . or God's way! Shame on these people!

As a rescue here in as Arkansas and seeing dogs dumped out or dumped at the shelters and pounds do to back yard puppy mills it's no wonder we are so over populated with dogs here. We as humans and Arkansas residents need to stop this and show other states that puppy mills are not ok and to help with the dog population we need to lead by sample and not turn a blind eye like the other southern states do.

Puppy Mills are nothing but a huge cruelty to animals case. Those should not be allowed anywhere in Arkansas or any state.

Please help these dogs that can't help themselves. Puppy mill dogs live miserable lives with very little human contact except to be removed from the cage in order to breed them and then placed back in it. And then they are discarded when they are no longer able to produce puppies as well as their puppies being discarded by their owner after they are purchased and are no longer cute, small puppies. The lucky unwanted ones may end up at an animal shelter and are able to have food, water, protection against the weather, and someone to care about them. Every shelter everywhere is filled with dogs that nobody wants. Wonderful dogs that were never given a chance to show what happiness they could bring to a human who needs it. The unlucky ones that are abandoned are forced to fend for themselves wherever they are dumped. These puppy mill dogs are produced solely for a paycheck. They live in cages with wire bottoms so their waste drops through, but of course for that to happen the wire has to be large spaced and very uncomfortable for the dog to stand and lay on all the time. Subsequently many of them have foot issues as a result. They are not given a blanket or anything soft to lay on because the people who own these awful places don't care about them except that they are bringing them a paycheck. They live in small, overcrowded cages that are rarely cleaned, living in their own waste and denied veterinary care. They are given no affection and their puppies are taken away from them every time. What a very sad life. Their nails grow up under their feet into the pads of their feet, they have multiple medical problems including eye and ear infections, and absolutely no ability to help themselves. They are helpless prisoners in these awful conditions for years. These places and the people who operate them are horrific. It is torture for the animals. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this and these places should be illegalized. Please help these ani

As an animal advocate and rescuer for many years, I'm appalled by the number of puppy mills operating in Arkansas. I urge everyone who cares about animals to sign the petition and support this legislation.
