Twitter should not allow tweet promotions of violent and triggering images.

A recent promotion by the TV show "The Strain" depicted a gorey scene of a worm-like object penetrating through a person's eye. Images such as this should be banned from being promoted randomly without notice to thousands of people , including youths, who may be triggered (cause an anxiety or panic attack) by it. Many people are beyond repulsed by gruesome images like the one aforementioned, and would prefer if they did not have to see it randomly show up on their timeline.

We ask that Twitter rethink their decision to promote tweets that include violent and triggering material.
