Stop primary schools being used as polling stations

Schools should not be used for polling stations! Libraries & community centres should be used instead.

Church halls, community centres, sports centres, libraries????

I agree why use he schools when the community center or church halls are available. Or change the voting day to a day at the weekend.

Agreed other public facilities should be used in place of schools. For as long as schools are still used, there should be some form of rotation so that the same children and parents are not adversely affected time and again. Given the increased frequency of elections, this is something that should be addressed as soon as possible.

Totally agree, children get enough school holidays never mind voting days. The council should be using community centres etc

Totally agree it's shocking that they opt to close schools whilst this happens! What's wrong with community centres! Oh that's right the council would loose money if it was held there. STOP CLOSING OUR SCHOOLS

There is enough school holidays never mind finding childcare for voting days

There are plenty other community centres etc that could be utilised

Sports centre or Community centre would be ideal. High schools not so good especially in May when exams are being held
