Several churches in Pakistan have been forced to sign contracts to hold services at times that cause no offence to Mulsims, to separate women and men and to stop amplification of worship services. The same Congregations are forced to return home silently exhibiting no joy for their relationship with Christ on the streets.

In one of the worst cases of Church discrimination a church has been forced to remain shut for 6 months after Police unlawfully banned church leaders from holding services. More details can be read (here)

We call on the Government of Pakistan to uphold article 20 of their Constitution and to allow Christians to worship with freedom in their country.

We call on the intervention of western nations to ensure Christians can worship safely and unfettered or for sanctions to be taken against a country that continues to flaunt international laws so blatently.

The growth of this petition has captured the attention of international human rights observers. I am currently coordinating with legal advocates to formalize our request for a review of these constitutional violations.

I strongly disagree with the infringement of the Constitution of the Republic of Pakistan which gives all faiths the freedom of worship.

If the perpetrators are Islamists they should look in the Koran and find and show us where it says kill people of other religions

Pakistani politicians are duty bound to represent all of their constituents to include learning about other faiths.

I appeal to the appropriate authority to recognize the constitutional right of Christians in Pakistan to worship with freedom as permitted under Article 20 of the Constitution.

Christians must have the same rights as others to meet together and to practise their faith.
