Stop Pedophilia from being classified as a sexual orientation

The fact that sex offenders already don't see as much prison time as other offenders is pathetic. Now, people are wanting to give them protection as if they are the same as someone who is Gay or Transgender? This is beyond pathetic. I don't even have words to describe it. When a pedophile is imprisoned, they are already able to have the protection of the prison with protective custody is ridiculous. When other prisoners find out that another person is there because of him being a pedophile, do you know what normally happens to that person? Just guess. Now, imagine what will happen if this is legalized, and fathers find out that someone has done something to their daughter, or anyone actually, imagine what will be occurring in the streets. This is absolute ridiculous. And it's beyond pathetic that there even needs to be a petition to be against this!

Adults are meant to protect children and raise them- they are not sexual objects. A minor’s sexuality is their’s to explore on their own terms, and is not something an adult should take advantage of for their own demented fantasies. Kids have been known to develop anxiety, depression, and even suicidal tendencies from these actions- and it can ruin their lives. Pedophilia should never be normalized for the sake of our youth. Anyone who takes advantage of children physically and emotionally for their own sick pleasure is a monster. Our kids are our future and they need to be kept safe from predators who wish to take it from them.

Pedophilia is wrong and shouldn’t be legalized. As an example, a young woman of 3 shouldn’t be with a 50 year old man. It is wrong, it is not right. This needs to be stopped, for the safety of people children.

No. Just no. Pedophelia is wrong, it is not a sexual orientation like being gay. It is a psychological disorder characterized by preying on innocent children who don't yet know what sex is. It's rape. I know people that were raped as kids who grew up to be rapists. This is a well known fact that sexualising a child results in psychological trauma and often some kind of inability to function correctly in society. Its not the same as being born gay, it's more like being born mentally retarded. A child realizing they're gay is still an innocent child. A grown adult wanting to share an intimate sexual relationship with a child is not innocent, it is immoral, unsafe, and puts the lives of children risk. Why is it that in this day adults and elderly are seen as more important than our children and future? Protecting pedophelia points to some huge red flags within our governmental system, and everyone already know by now that the elite run huge underground sex trafficking rings. This is merely a way to protect themselves so they can continue to rape and exploit children and families, as well as keep the separation and discrimination of gay and trans at a stable high.
