I have been reading through the messages you all left on this page and the stories about how this impacts your families are heartbreaking. People keep asking me why PayPal would change their standards so abruptly while ignoring the values of their longtime users. Behind the scenes I am gathering all these comments to present them to the board because they need to see the real human cost of their decisions.

The momentum behind this is overwhelming and confirms that so many of you share my deep discomfort with this new direction. Seeing this level of backing reminds me why I started this fight in the first place.

its really disappointing that they would choose money over doing what is right for families. very sad.
Unacceptable. PayPal is for actual business not for this trash. They just lost a long time user.

paypal needs to stick to their values and stop letting this filth use their service. my kids use this for their games and i dont want to worry about what they might see.
