Yes!! Ever since the COVID shut down I noticed that no matter how much I curb my usage either the gas or electric, the delivery charge always seems to make up and keep me in the higher avg of my monthly. So even if I used 46% less than the same month last year, the delivery fee throttles and makes up for it and brings me back up to almost equal the past highest month’s of billing. I have already filed two complaints but heard nothing back and it’s been more than a year. I can’t believe there isn’t a class action suit or federal investigation on this monopoly!

This gas delivery charge is out of hand. It is double the price of what I actually use. This is robbery! First rent, now this.

It is theft. Forcexample if used $50 of gas and they charge me $ 70 delivery fee.

Criminal the way they can charge whatever they want for different "phases" of delivering the exact same product, thru the exact same supply system, but somehow feel righteous in charging higher prices for it!

I am paying over 50% of my gas bill as delivery fees/surcharges. That is unacceptable and makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of because I can’t get my gas delivered by anybody else.

I want to start a class action suit too this company allowed another company to charge me for a service pse&g already delivered to me so I paid double my bill this is ridiculous they will not give me my money back nor show me where or how I gave them permission to allow another company to charge me this has to be illegal
