Please help “Preserve Parker” By signing below you wish to stop the Parker Place Hotel for the reasons below:

1. The Town in selling the site to Mars Development for over $422,948 less than it paid for this site, and the Town is planning to give Mars Development $1.8 million of incentives . 2. The design of the hotel is modern architecture rather than the required historic architecture per the Mainstreet Master Plan. 3. Unaddressed parking and traffic concerns. 4. In a previous study evaluating three potential hotel locations, this was the site with the lowest recommendation. 5. Hotels near Parker Hospital have less than 70% occupancy and there are already additional hotels going into that area. 6. The Parker Place hotel, as proposed, will create an unsafe area for our children.
