Give Fathers rights to see their children and put vindictive and vengeful ex-wife’s in jail - they are destroying families.

There is no right in the world that can justify alienating a parent in a world full of orphans.

A reformed system is critical to childrens mental health. Laws must be applied without prejudice and bias. Magistrates and judges must be educated on parental alienation and the tactics employed in its execution. Courts MUST consider ALL the costs of the non custodial parent to ensure that the child sees both parents and should either share those costs between both parents or consider them as part of child support payments. Lawyers that advise methods that result in high conflict must be charged with contravening the Children's Act.

I am working against two generations of parental alienation as my ex-wife is a product thereof and practitioner in the present.

1633 Days no access to our children, my boys being emotionally abused by ex and her family with the aid of lawyers and the courts. Time to protect our children like the law is supposed to!!

1. This emotional abuse really needs to stop
2. It's is damaging children's mindsets
3. Leading to future depression. Suicide. Drug addiction.
4. Many professionals law enforcement representatives, Psycologist. Attorneys. Judges need to know about this. But practice a windmill based approach whereby they contribute to the emotional abuse of the child which is detrimental for our economy globally.

We need the courts to really understand what is intended by healthy co-parenting.

I run a private social work practice, Ruth Katz Consulting Social Worker, and am constantly approached by dads whose ex-spouses have left them out of their kids lives for no apparent reason.
This is why I would like to see the law changed - a popular public perception is that dads abandon and don't support their kids.
I've seen the opposite happening enough times to realise there are some very dedicated dads out there who want to do the right thing by their kids!

I am a father of a 6yr old girl, which the mother believes she is above the law and also does as she want, including using my daughter against me. Our justice system is failing as nothing gets done. But as a father, I step wrong..I get the full wrath of the law on me.
