It should be illegal altogether to sell photos or videos of people without their permission. Some celebrities want the attention. I can understand that. But most don't. If a paparazzi gets a photo of a celebrity and it is clear they were on private property to get the photo, they should also be punished. There are so many ways to create a safer world from paparazzi and no one is doing anything about it.

I am a member of the public and this nonsense has got to stop. There need to be laws against this kind of behavior. It's sick the way these paid stalkers are given a name to whitewash what they do: paparazzi. As if that makes it ok. Its frustrating to me that I cannot find out an actor or singer's opinion or statements about their art without sifting through 50 useless mindless "articles" filled with what should be illegal photos along with invented salacious gossip. If this circus was ended, perhaps we could actually hear what the celebrities have to say for themselves.

being a celebrity you know about paparazzi but when celebs are trying to walk down a street with children or get into their cars and drive away safely there should be a bigger distance legally in which the paps have to give. especially when it comes to them getting in faces and almost in their cars. it's ridiculous
