Please stop overdeveloping. We are loosing our wildlife, they are loosing their homes and food. We are overtaxing our infrastructure. Please leave Alva alone and stop building.

Very concerned about the impact of our water availability with this added development. Were already being told there is water shortage in Lee County and wells have run dry.

Lee county, stop!! Permitting. We don't need what little bit developers contribute to a community. Leave our habitat alone. We need infrastructure and what about water supply? Leave nature alone, it was here long before we were. Start thinking about what ppl will have to deal with when developers r gone? WATER SUPPLY, TRAFFIC. ETC. Doesn't matter how many ppl r moving here. FLORIDIANS FIRST!! THANK YOU.

Neal Communities need to go somewhere they are wanted. They are NOT WANTED in Alva. We, in the Bayshore area, are fighting our own battles as well but we can all help fight for Alva!

We live on 31 at the county line and we hate that the beautiful farmland across the street is a full blown city. Please stop developing our country life out here.

I saw this kind of building explosion destroy many rural areas in western Michigan. I moved here to get away from that kind of land grab and destruction by companies that are from another part of the state. Neal's encroachment into Alva must not be allowed to proceed.

There needs to be a balance between development and habitat. Many of us moved here for the wildlife and nature that developers are killing. Additionally, the infrastructure cannot support this kind of unrestrained growth.

5th generation born alvain. We were in alva when it was poor and nobody wanted to live her. We need to stop all building. What is here is here no more. Alva will become the next Lehigh if it doesn't quit.
