Ronald Garner, Be thankful, there are traffic circles on the street close to the park. Residents were instrumental in getting these installed many years ago. It is a lengthy process.

A building developer is trying to tear down existing apartments at 9000 SW 77th Ave, and build higher density apartments. As a member or friend of the Miami, FL Continental Park community (from approx. SW 77th Ave. to SW 87th Ave. and SW 88th St. to SW 104th St.), I am strongly against this attempt by a developer to add even higher density housing in our neighborhood. This area is highly sought after in large part due to its spacious lots and primarily single family homes, stop allowing predatory development that reduces our quality of life and the safety of our streets.

Owned a home in this neighborhood for 47 years. I don’t want to have the beauty & serene environment of this neighborhood destroyed with the building of this proposed complex.

Cut through traffic has already increased throughout our neighborhood due to commercial development and businesses. We respectfully implore that any further increase in density not be approved.

Despite concerns voiced by residents for years, and request to add speed bumps, the city has done nothing to impede speeding through the park and surrounding areas. Adding additional residents to an already overcrowded area will only make the problem worse and risk the safety of children playing at the park. Please do not allow this additional development to go through.

We don't need more students in our school or more traffic in our streets. Over crowing our neighborhood only increases crime rates and we don't need that. Let's keep our area as it is.

More density? More students in our school? More traffic through our residential streets? More over-use of facilities? This is unacceptable. If we allow this developer to get away with this, we will be opening the "door" for more overuse by developers! Preserve our sought-after neighborhood.

As it is, traffic in our neighborhood is getting out of hand. We cannot afford to have a higher density development built in our midst.

The continued over development in our area has increased traffic, reduced green areas, and has overall decreased the quality live. We are oppose to such an increase in density.

The challenge is supporting the new density with the current infrastructure. Traffic is already an issue and this will exponentially increase those numbers.
