A building developer is trying to tear down existing apartments at 9000 SW 77th Ave, and build higher density apartments. As a member or friend of the Miami, FL Continental Park community (from approx. SW 77th Ave. to SW 87th Ave. and SW 88th St. to SW 104th St.), I am strongly against this attempt by a developer to add even higher density housing in our neighborhood. This area is highly sought after in large part due to its spacious lots and primarily single family homes, stop allowing predatory development that reduces our quality of life and the safety of our streets.

The developers trying to bulldoze our neighborhood are finally starting to sweat. We have reached a point where they can no longer pretend this community will just roll over and accept their greed.

Owner of 9500 SW 80 Ave, Miami, FL 33156 for 32 years. Stop this over reach of development. Traffic and overcrowding is already an issue.

I live at Kingston Square & face 77th Ave. at 7am every morning the traffic is past our complex waiting for the light to turn on Kendall Drive, traffic is bad as it is let alone 374 more units. The noise for this construction would be outrageous for the next year or 2 as no one would want to rent or buy in the surrounding buildings. I I object to the construction of this building.

While I support the presence of small gated communities with townhomes and condos, high rise buildings do not have a place on our neighborhood. There are a plethora of high rise apartments nearby in the Dadeland area, which being close to the Metro and Mall is an appropriate location for that type of development. The face that the development would require re-zoning to comply with code is a clear sign that it would represent a major unwelcome shift in the community structure, u supported by current infrastructure. No to the rezoning.

Owned a home in this neighborhood for 47 years. I don’t want to have the beauty & serene environment of this neighborhood destroyed with the building of this proposed complex.

Despite concerns voiced by residents for years, and request to add speed bumps, the city has done nothing to impede speeding through the park and surrounding areas. Adding additional residents to an already overcrowded area will only make the problem worse and risk the safety of children playing at the park. Please do not allow this additional development to go through.

More density? More students in our school? More traffic through our residential streets? More over-use of facilities? This is unacceptable. If we allow this developer to get away with this, we will be opening the "door" for more overuse by developers! Preserve our sought-after neighborhood.

No need to increase the population in this area

I strongly oppose this development as it will strongly negatively impact traffic in our neighborhood which is already a huge problem in the viscinity of the proposed development.
