Minta prihatin drpd pihak berkuasa tempatan mengambil langkah2 yang sewajahnya supaya mengambil perhatian penduduk sekitar dikawasan berkenaan dan seterusnya menghentikan pembangunan baru umpamanya yang over densiti, dan sebagainya. Propery Development can boost the value of those existing properties surrounding an area. However, it may sometime contribute to over congested of traffics due to over populated. Hence, a well planned and organized way of development must be enforced.
