There have been several recent traffic accidents on tho section of Plandome Road, including at the entrances to Willetts Lane and Shore Drive. Additional subdivision can only increase this risk serves no interest other than the developer's.

Everyone who lives in Plandome should look to protect the character and safety of our community. If this change in the zoning at 1090 Plandome road is approved we will have our planning board to hold accountable.

Access to that property is already in a bad location. Moving the access to a hidden location on the downslope of Plandome Road and adding traffic is a recipe for disaster.

This will make turns from Willets lane more dangerous than it is now.

We should never agree to a plan that adds more traffic on an already dangerous stretch of road. This plan would benefit the builders to the detriment of our village!

I am away & will not be able to attend 6/21 meeting but please know that I strongly object to a subdivision development on Plandome Road. We are already choking with oppressive traffic to the point that our village feels as congested as Times Square on the weekends. Let’s do our best to prevent this very bad idea from coming to fruition. Thanks for all of your efforts.

PLease stop the overbuilding in our village. The traffic on Plandome Road is to the point of not being safe with the existing residences . I am not sure why any one would even entertain the thought of four homes.....Please Stop This ....We all live in Plandome for its character not a sub division. Thank you for your consideration.

The developer should have done his research knowing that 3 is all that is alllwed. His lack of preparation is not a reason to change the character of our Village
