These prices are ridiculous. Tallahassee has something constantly that attracts people to the city so this price Increases aren’t necessary.

Prices are enormously high during special events but the hotels do nothing different to compensate for the higher price. We receive the exact same service. We are paying luxury priced for mediocre service. We support you Tallahassee stop price gouging!

If I did not family in T town would not have been able to go to 30 year reunion I have other Child in college and on a budget those prices were way TOO HIGH

I Will like to know I can enjoy traveling to special events at FAMU to see my granddaughter without paying outrageous hotel prices. The rates are accelerated to an astronomical rate during special events at FAMU and FSU. There should be controlled on pricing hotel rooms over 3 to 4 times above the regular prices. We send our children to get an education. however, we have to pay extreme higher rate than usual to celebrate events with them.. There needs to be controlled excellerated price rates . We want to enjoy Tallahassee, and Celebrating without worrying about paying prices without worrying about the astronomical cost of hotel rooms. Please submit this petition to assist resolve this extreme rate increase during special Margaret Claritt

$800 plus for a three night stay in Tallahassee is ludicrous. The price gauging is insane, and needs to be curbed.

We can't attend due to the cost. Years before we stayed 90 miles away in Lake City. The Fairfield Inns and Suites only charge $99. We also stayed there doing my daughter's graduation in 2012 because we couldn't afford the rooms in Tallahassee and had to drive 290 miles to her graduation spent a very short bit of time with her after graduation because we knew we had the nun in my return drive back to Lake City it is totally ridiculous families cannot bring their children to enjoy the festivities due to the cost and nobody seemed to have cared for over 30 years it's been going on so it is a long high time something is done on this front.
