I no longer shop in Barnet or Finchley due to the phone/credit card system. A great pity as both centres have lost a lot ofcustom due to the complicated parking system

High street retailers like Next, Zara, Mango etc are needed to give people a reason to say they are going to Barnet. New independent shops are a start but not enough for people to make a specific journey to Barnet.

Barnet used to be the place to come and shop when I was a teen but now I avoid it at all costs. The council couldn't make it any more difficult to shop there if they tried.

There can be no good reason why we can not have a short amount of free parking time. I refuse to sign up for current parking schem.e
