So we can't park cars on streets over night, we cannot drink and drive, it's like there are trying to set up terrible things to happen!!!

This is a much needed service that prevents people from driving drunk. This bylaw will prevent people from using this service. As a result, there might be more accidents and loss of life due to drunk drivers on the road.

This bylaw will discourage people from using the service due to costs. If I can designate a friend to drive my vehicle (without regulation) I should be able to designate a paid service.
This cash grab will only detour businesses from offering the service and cause it to be unaffordable. Which will likely result in poor decision making.
For the safety of our community quash this by law!!!
