OptumRx is abusing the "prior authorization" procedure to deny medications to patients who have been taking said medications for years. I believe they are also involved in clawback practices and that they do not address customer concerns.

this should stop now. PBM s are getting notorious about cutting payments, DIR fees among many other dents for small businesses and now this. It needs to be ended. Get the force out !

Another monopoly - Great Job Government at controlling it. Lets let the Rich get Richer and put small businesses out of business.

this has to be illegal it be able to strong arm the entire pharmaceutical industry. we all know that walgreens has been trying to eliminate the independent pharmacies. with them partnering with optumrx and only a few months later this requirement gets implemented without time to get accredited is cleary a push feom walgreens. both companies should get find for all the gain from this steong arm PLUS 200%. a message needs to be sent to large corporations to not form alliances with the intention of monoploizing the system.

This is Total BS. Government needs to step in and stop this. Otherwise most independent pharmacy will be out of business and Optum will have it's cake and eat too.
