Keep telling other Deaf to sign this please. It is the first step to standing up for a better Deaf community. What the O.V.R. did was wrong and should not be tolerated. We need to stop being passive in PA every time an agency or an organization do something careless or wrong to hurt our language, culture or community.

I made a change to this petition because it would be better if the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing operates independently to avoid the situation from happening again with other state departments.

Please tell others to sign this petition. This is the first step to building a stronger Deaf Community that can fight for American Sign Language and more accessibility in the hearing world.

I believe ASL is important to have our communication access.
