We want change in the Bureau of Customs! Focus on big time smugglers not on the Balikbayan boxes! Revamp the Bureau of Customs! We OFW's are united calling the President and the Senate to stop immediately this random inspection of Balikbayan boxes and bring change to Bureau of Customs!
