Not fair that the contract originally said lifetime when I signed up in December 2019. Now they’re changing the terms and conditions as of May 2020 saying it’s for 1 year or 50,000 whichever comes first.

Talking to a UK [OF is owned by a UK company] lawyer now about this, he mentioned that there is a case for 'breach of contract' and 'misrepresentation'. If you or anyone else would like to join my lawsuit, email me at mark[@]13thmarketer.com . At the time of writing this I have managed to get 1 other person to join. The more people that join, the more better the chances to getting paid faster. Please only email me if you have lost a least a few thousand a month as there might be a bit of legal fees to pitch in to. We are stronger together, email me, OF needs to pay!

From several K USD in referral income a month to ZERO. Thanks OF.
I hope everyone joins adultnode instead, they give 5% lifetime on referral income when anyone cashes out their earnings. They also have lower fees for creators (15%).

When only fans is STILL making 15% off referrals and creators are able to earn extra income through their referrals for the duration of their time on OF? That’s an extreme opportunity as is. Cutting referral earnings during a MASSIVE INCREASE doesn’t make sense and only shows GREED. Many creators depend on and worked DAMN HARD for those referral earnings. Onlyfans wouldn’t be as big as it is without the hard work of creators using the platform. Furthermore... commission off your referrals for only the first year- it takes just about as long to truly build a solid income, following and loyal subscriber fan base! Talk about cutting sex workers off at the knees. This is NOT showing support for sex workers and content creators.

OF wouldnt be making this much money if it wasnt for the referral system. They take 20% of your income and have terrible customer/ user service. They dont care about the creators that make them money. All they do is run a mediocre website and barely answer emails.
