This is a ridiculous idea. Elderly people often need to park near shops if they have health conditions that prevent them from walking too far. Also this will have an adverse effect on the local businesses many of whom have suffered greatly during lockdown.

Maybe one way in the other direction and leave the parking as it is. Too many people just park and pop into the shops quickly rather than travel to Exmouth.

The one way system is the wrong way. Not against the "temporary" loss of parking for extra pavement room as long as it's temporary.

The current plans will severely impact on shop trades. There are better ways to put on a one way system such as using Brook Road, which wouldn’t have a negative impact.

This will kill the high street, locals will pop into Tesco at exmouth where they can park right outside. Keep the parking!!!
