A money making opportunity full of grants to line the pockets of the owner at what cost to the community? Strongly object to such a project for several reasons.

This is the most rediculous positioning I have ever heard of. Why would you locate the socially unacceptable in one of the nicest places to live in the South East. It's like rewarding them for doing wrong. Please rethink.

Strongly disagree. The area is a quiet residential one and it will affect too many close neighbours. There is a shortage of large family homes in the area and conversions of residential properties into business should be minimised.

Totally unsuitable location near schools. The premises is likely to have the highest risk category of offenders and may include sexual offenders. The application itself is very badly drafted and poorly thought out, indicating low safety standards and profit being the only motive at the expense of the safety of local residents.

this is an awful idea. an area packed with children, families, schools, nurseries. barely any police on the streets and streetlights off ridiculously early at night. will bring nothing but chaos to an already increasingly troubled area.

I have a young family and would feel very uncomfortable with this type of house right in he high street in close proximity to nurseries and schools etc. Loughton is already too busy with waiting list in most dentists and doctors.

Have recently moved into the area believing it a nice area to bring up our two young daughters. This must be rejected.
