I am in full agreement with this petition. The Second Amendment to The Constitution of The United States: A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
From this we know, the right to keep and bear arms is reserved to the people themselves. Further we know that we are promised that this right cannot be infringed (lessened in any manner) creating a de facto gun registry by demanding that private transactions undergo background checks under threat of prosecution is an infringement on The People's right to keep and bear arms!
