STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- New York state will sue the federal government over the newly enacted GOP tax plan, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo said on Wednesday in his annual State of the State address.
Cuomo, a Democrat, said during his speech that he believes the tax plan is unconstitutional and overly burdensome to New Yorkers. He said that the new law could raise some families' taxes by as much as 25 percent and said the plan amounted to "double taxation."

My NYS tax payer dollars are too high, because of our Governor. Get your own house in order rather than shifting the blame.
I do not want my tax money to be use to raise the profile of Cuomo. The lawsuit is frivolous. If Cuomo wanted to help NYers then he would cut spending and waste and lower NYS taxes. That's how you get to be president, not by trying to reverse tax cuts. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
