These pathetic excuses for humans who hurt and murder animals in unspeakable ways should end up in state prison for years. This crime needs to be a felony - period. There are NO EXCUSES.

Instead of giving these lowlife losers a slap on the hand for abusing and neglecting our precious animals... don't you think it's time to send out the message that this is NOT okay?!! Change the laws... ! Animal abuse, in any form, NEEDS to become a felony!

please..please make some changes,this has got to stop..please look into your heart and be a voice for the voiceless.
Please tell all your New York friends and family and tell them to pass the link to everyone they can think of. We need to show a large no of signatures to make sure they listen. Once we get close to a thousand, I will raise it. I know we have wonder people i NY who care and wonderful people here in the Twin Tiers. Let's show Albany we have a Voice!

This needs to stop...stiffer penalties and fines need to be inforced....Please lets get things changed for these innocent animals......
