I've signed this petition to hope that this may stop the spraying of the 1,300 hectares of our woodland in Nova Scotia. We can have hope that public will be listened to. Margaret Benjamin in Kentville.

NS would be a much nicer place if we can get rid of the damn pine trees. Deciduous trees generate topsoil over time whereas pine trees are too acidic.

Aerial spraying - good choice guys. It'll save you a lot of $$. Don't worry about the rest of the food chain...I am sure your grandchildren won't suffer TOO badly from your selfish lack of forethought and wild disregard. I just hope they are able to fo D something to eat once you have disrupted the food chain. Congratulations on another blow to corporate responsible conduct.

As a probable human carcinogen, the proposed use of glyphosate even at low doses, should automatically invoke the Precautionary Principle reversing the burden of proof, placing the onus on the proponent to prove there is no risk of serious harm before the Government approves the use of the chemical.
