I am a 4 time survivor of Non-Hodgkinson Lymphoma, the cause is not known but one of the possible causes is believed to be as a result of fertilizers/chemicals. Olease stop this madness, our lives are too important.

In addition to glyphosate being a probable carcinogen, it has actually been patented by Monsanto as a antibiotic. As such, it threatens our health by creating antibiotic resistance. Like any antibiotic, it disrupts the gut biota in humans and animals, with serious effects on physical and mental health. It also damages important beneficial soil bacteria. It is a hazard to our environment and to us.
We do not need this in our city or anywhere in Nova Scotia. I am tired of big companies risking our health and our children's health just to save a bit of money for themselves. Stop using known carcinogens in products that end up in our air, water, and food!

As food consumers, we can choose not to eat products sprayed with glysophate; as residents of the counties affected by spraying, how can we make a similar choice for ourselves and our children?
