Glyphosate has a growing list of problems including the impact on humans who contact it (WHO labelled it a probably carcinogen), impact on other plants, streams etc. Spraying 1,300 hectares is a very reckless idea!

What are these people thinking? Why do they want to damage the environment and everybody's health? Nobody can escape the consequences of such recklessness.

You have to draw the line somewhere - big business & profit are not more important than mother nature, animals & people.

The WHO has categorized glyphosate as a probable carcinogen, and you want to spray this toxic chemical on forests?? Are you mad???

This is very concerning as it is already so widespread from so many farmers using it. We do NOT need to add to that amount. This is absolutely unneccessary and dangerous for the environment and everything in it.

The scientific studies showing the carcinogenic effect of this herbicide is overwhelming-how do we benefit in the end from this-how much does cancer cost?

Why on earth would you say poison around ? There has to be a better, natural way to do whatever it is you need to do. Please be a company of informed, responsible, and pro clean earth. Your families will be drinking the water too.

I might not quite agree with the details regarding how glyphosate will harm humans ( by eating hunted animals etc.) however extensive studies I have done regarding this chemical are horrific. The chemical that is only supposed to interact with plant material does in fact harm human gut microbes, potentially being the leading cause in several major chronic illnesses in humans….including several cancers.

Please have some responsibility and accountability when considering the health of Nova Scotians collectively rather than solely economically.
