Stop spraying glyphosate........ It's killing our province. Hire thinners like other provinces and countries. This is just sick! It's banned from garden and lawn products, but let just spray it on our tress!!! What the F. Is wrong with our government. He needs to go!

Monoculture does not exist in nature . As with anything that works, diversification is necessary. Stop killing off our beautiful hardwoods for the sake of a few greedy individuals/ mega corporations.time and time again, the mega rich 1% feel righteously entitled to exploit our earth's delicate resources, manipulate nature's harmony, and poison all of us(flora, fauna, plants, animals...all delicate and precise living systems) in the process! WAKE UP PEOPLE!! Know your rights! Learn your rights! It's time! Civil disobedience.! Other wise don't complain after the damage is done to you, your loved ones, your health....your drinking water....educate yourselves!! Speak out! There's too much unnecessary cancer and disease already.

Margaret Miller this decision needs to be reversed - it is not acceptable to the people living and breathing in this province.
It's time the NS government starts listening to the people of NS! We will NOT accept this destruction of our environment!
Corruption runs rampant throughout EVERY department in this government!
Every decision made, needs to have the question of, Who benefits? , answered. WHO could possibly benefit from this decision to spray poison? It's not the people of Nova Scotia, it's not our natural resources and it's not in the best interest of moving towards a more sustainable way of life!

Toxic chemicals that don't break down end up in our water. This chemical has shown to have the potential to cause cause multi generational reproductive problems. Think to the future not the present in the use of these chemicals.

I don't feel that the science is clear enough to say a perfect yes or no to this, and in these cases we should always fall on the precaution side. The WHO say there are concerns with health issues from this spray. They have NO money to be made out list here so I'm willing to trust them and say if there are differing opinions then least see the science and who paid to have the studies done that say it's not a concern.

Why not make people on welfare go cut the unwanted hardwood and earn their cheques? Or sell license's on cutting hardwood and make a few bucks doing it , then invest that money back into the province?
