The health and general well-being of all Nova Scotians should always be the first priority of our government, not the profit making ability of any company. Nova Scotians are already at greater risk for cancer due to the high background radiation we have to live with here which unfortunately is naturally occurring and cannot be controlled. Therefore, it is even more important that every effort should be made by our government to make sure that risk is not compounded or made greater by such actions as this questionable spray program. Please Mr. Premier, put a stop to it.

Why bother appointing an environment minister at all McNeil? It's pretty clear your party cares little about the need for clean land, air and water that is need for us to survive.

Unacceptable. Why is our government allowing this? Have they researched the effect this will have in years to come?

Seriously? I live and work in this beautiful part of the world. This needs to be STOPPED NOW! Smarten up, grow a brain. Read the literature. Stop letting big business make the decisions on our health, our lives, our neighbourhoods, our pets, our wildlife, and most importantly, our families and waterways. Seriously.

It seems that the more money a company has, or is already helped by our government in the way of forgivable loans; grants or tax breaks, the less rules or standards they have to follow or adhere to. The government does not want to buck them & make themselves look bad . Shame on them & us for letting them try to do it.Stop them now!!!!
