If The World Health Organization declared glyphosate a 'probable human carcinogen' WHY give the pulp industry the go ahead. Killing the hardwood will endanger the moose (endangered mainland) and deer in the province. Not fair!!!

I cannot believe that this is a good thing for them to be spraying and am worried for my home and property, the wildlife (especially the pollinators) and my family and friends. Shame on NS. So much for our recycling programs and things if we ate just going to spray crap into our environments.

It is shocking to me that we have not learned from our past experiences using herbicide and pesticide sprays. I have always been proud to be Nova Scotian, with our great recycling practices and progress we've made in protecting our environment. This is shocking to me. Please research the carcinogenic effects of this herbicide and the damage it does to our environment and the animals and insects in it, before you so quickly agree to allow this spraying.

Acres around my community of Musquodoboit Harbour was sprayed 10 years ago. It killed all the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. You could see the "kill" line as you walked through the woods. We were told the berries would come back. No sign of them. Public Health concerns should be upper most on the priority list for this government-physically alone we cannot afford the health. Are we need right now combined with an aging population. This is one of many bad decisions by the McNeill government. It's time for a change..

Looking at tree, wood, and stream cottage or home areas at this time and I know where I won't be looking to purchase... As I watch us destroy this world and take every resource and move on to the next place to destroy
