I am sick of the nightly noise fest. My dogs are freaked out and my PTSD is back with a vengeance and DPD is doing nothing

They’re excessive and disturbing our peace

It’s ridiculous, and I worry both for people suffering with ptsd, and the fire danger it poses.

Valid complaints, i guess, but to the guy who has to drug himself and his dog you might want to look at that a little deeper! To try and touch on everyone's comment a little lets try to think of it like this fireworks are noisy, most dogs dont like them, also people have real PTSD and other disorders which fireworks upset! They can also cause fires among many more things so instead of adding stress to this already stressful time why dont we go out on our porch and watch and enjoy them....we may have to use our imagination a bit but someone said they are professional grade stuff so they should be amazing! I know its a stretch to think of this situation as enjoying but it is possible!! complaining only makes us bitter inside and while we complain the fireworks continue without a care in the world just like the ppl lighting them!! They are having fun why shouldn't we! We can find positivity in anything if we look hard enough.

This is ridiculous. I'm having to drug my self and the dog. Give me a break. I think I pay taxes for someone to do something.

This petition is a waste of resources and I hope the police treat it as such. Please save our limited policing resources for more important things.

They are lighting off professional grade fireworks in neighborhood with no regard for safety. There is going to be a house fire or worse.

We live near McNichol’s Park and our neighborhood sounds like a war zone day and night due to the most consistent and multi month barrage of fireworks being set off. Please increase fines for fireworks use in Denver and launch PSA’s to motivate neighbors to stop launching fireworks.

Fireworks every night is getting horrible. My 2 dogs whine and pace while shaking and panting I'm so tired of this.

As someone who suffers from PTSD after being involved in the Las Vegas Shooting, I absolutely dread this time of year. I shutter every time a firework goes off and my heart rate jumps as I remind myself it’s okay.
I can’t imagine the level in which my fright pales in experience to our former service men and women.
The fireworks get larger and longer each year. One could see a contributing factor of that being from
a lack of support of patrols.
I know we’re all doing the best we can. Only wanted to share a personal summer nightmare Living in Park Hill.
Good vibes and love to all the pet owners and individuals.

We live. Ear the large apartment building near Yosemite and 13th, it is a constant racket throughout the night with limited respite. If it could between 8am and midnight, it would be great.
