If you were trying to build a house without sewers one would have to get septic approval . if it didn’t pass no building. The same should go for the sewer system

The odors that we endured for much of the summer is a sure sign that something needs to be done with this plant. Postponing any steps to address the problem will simple make things worse. This is a needed first step!!
