I want transparency from our board on where the HOA fees are being spent. This community has gone downhill since we moved here 5 years ago. Maintain, improve and repair what we have, before you look to construct anything new!

I’m in Shire Ridge - the dog park was a complete waste of money. The little dog area is full of weeds as tall as him,and my pup can crawl right under the fence into the big dog area!
Please stop wasting money - replace the pool chairs, get some lifeguards, get some security cameras at the mailboxes and put in some flowers to make the community look as nice as it used to. Thank you!
