Crystal Maiden is one of the most recognized faces of Dota support heroes. Over the years, Crystal Maiden has been nerfed over and over again, making her a hero that has a widening disadvantage from other heroes. Since the recent "New Bloom" patch, Crystal Maiden has once again been nerf-ed with a reduction of 4 Intelligence stat points from her base Intelligence stat pool, resulting in a 16/16/16 starting stat pool, making her the Hero with the Lowest starting stats. And with her high mana costing spells, it turns Crystal Maiden into a very conservative support player, being only able to do so much during the early stages of a game, and might become totally redundant during the later stages of the game.
