Shameful to destroy such beautiful property with unsightly panels. Wildlife will be disturbed, habitat altered and beauty lost. I am certain there are better choices that could be made.

Ontario is paying way too much to solar operators for 20 year deals for a tiny percentage of power going into the grid, much of which is being sold to US or Quebec at a loss, and that is driving the cost of hydro up. 20 years from now, when those companies are bankrupt or dissolved, we will have fields of cement and solar panels that will contaminate the soil if not decommissioned properly or they will fill landfill sites with tonnes of waste. Stop it!

Cost of solar and wind power is one of the major reasons for rising power rates which is killing industry in Ontario. We are now one of the highest in North America.

Stop the solar farms. We have so much untouched land less then 100km north why use all the land surrounding our houses. Shame on you

Helping a brother out. Everyone has a few minutes to spare so. No excuses and sign the petition. Nothing worse than buying a house and making it home to have the view destroyed by a Solar Farm. Worst part other than the long term effects it will have on the environment and neighbors health is, none of the electricity generated is being used to support our Town's demand for it.

Stop destroying our natural habitats when the people who are impacted do not reap any of the benefits or profits or even see the savings that these solar fields are suppose to offer. Leave the natural lands for the animals who live there.
