No one knows what the long term effects are to living so close to a cell tower. All of the children that attend Murrayville Elementary.....the tower could cause some type of developmental disabilities. There is no telling what long term conditions could intel. We should fight against this cell tower HARD!

Ridiculous! That property is currently operating as a landfill. Apparently there is not a limit to the Steele family's creativity. The special use permit is applied for by the life estate of Angela W. Steele. Life states are populary used as estate planning tools to allow for Medicaid qualification. In other words, the taxpayer pays for an elderly persons custodial care and the family still inherits assets. The special use permit should not be granted; no doubt the remainderman of this estate will have additional forthcoming potential hazardous "Special" uses.

I want to see documents that prove without doubt show ti will NOT inpact Direct TV and other things that will cause problems in other areas.

Such an obtrusive structure (with no long-term safety evidence) has no 'business' being erected in a 24/7 residential area. Given the number of 'highways' and adjacent malls, there seems to be better-suited sites and choices..

There's another cell tower nearby that they can rent from. Keep it residential! Nobody will want to live near a questionable safety hazard or purchase a home with an eye sore nearby! Stop the waste- SAY "NOT IN MY BACKYARD!"

I'm a real estate agent in the area and I know for sure this will affect the value of the homes and people will not like to buy a home in the area where a cell phone tower is seen.

A 150 ft cell tower will tower well above the surrounding pine trees. This area is meant for residential development and allowing the tower to go in will take away from the appearance of the area. It is an area that is suppose to be developed so families and friends can enjoy a great time, not industrial/commercial development.
