If you continue to spay and neuter the population of the feral cats and dogs will decrease. I don’t understand how you can torture these poor animals like this. I’ve worked at a kil shelter and it broken my heart into into tiny pieces to see sweet innocent animals hurt. I left and went into animal rescue because animals are helpless against a humans wrath. They can’t not tell us the horrors they have had to endure. Let’s be their voice from every corner of the globe to end the suffering of innocent creatures!
