It's so unfair that police and other authorities do a lot to supervise workers (van drivers, motorcycle drivers, couriers, etc), and do so little to tackle this thugs.
Police should have the authority to do whatever it takes to take this criminal off the road. We are on the roads every day, and is very common to see this guys around, wearing black clothing, balaclavas and sometimes no number plate in their bikes. Where is the police?

My mate moved away from Brazil to St Albans bcz of criminality and looking for better opportunity and had 4 scooter stolen in less than 6 months. Who's the third world country? :S And politicians are so bloody worried with Brexit while this serious issue is happening everyday! Makes me furious!
