Stop the Mission Heights Development of 2,400 Homes on the Banning Bench

Conserve this area and its beauty.

This is disasterous! Look at all the other failed developments in the city. Imagine how bad a half finished project would look for all the residents. They tried to do this before up here in an area called the black bench. Residents have limited options for fire insurance, wait till this is built.

This is so sad. Our little slice of heaven can taken away. I can’t even imagine the traffic, 2400 houses @ 2 cars minimum!

Personally I don’t think this project will get approved by the city but we shall see. I definitely would be upset to see this many homes in the community ☹️

I strongly support this petition as a long time concerned property owner on the Banning Bench.

I can't believe this! The COB is a joke! Stay out of this beautiful place, we don't need an unfinished development like the one at the bottom of Sunset. Colleen Wallace at the COB is a thief and an embezzler. Don't believe me, look it up, it happened in Cabazon.
