Stop Middle Sound Loop Rezoning

This is by my granddaughter’s school and there’s too much congestion now!!

I am opposed to this rezoning request.

I am opposed to zoning changes that reduces the land for single family low density homes. Citizen opposition and local government acknowledgement and recognition of citizen needs and vote to keep current zoning

Please do not allow the rezoning from R-20 S to R-20 Performance. Why have the R-20 S if any developer can request to change it to meet their monetary needs. The S is the special part of this zoning particularly for our sensitive area. The bait and switch the developers are doing by changing the request to R-20 is a joke, they are using this now to prove they are addressing our concerns but the plan does not change, the same number of units still apply. They will say it was a math issue, I don't buy nor should anyone else. 2330 Middle Sound Loop Rd

There is currently too much traffic on the Loop Road with only 2 possible outlets, Market Street or through Gorman Plantation to Military Cutoff. The amount of development on Middle Sound is staggering and frightening.

There is enough traffic congestion on MSL. Please refrain from making our lives even harder and more frustrating.

I'm against the proposal for the middle sound loop re-zoning. There is enough traffic.

112 Cale Ct, 28411 Cons vs. Pros on the rezoning request. Cons: harm to our wetlands/watershed, ecosystem, animals, community, saftey, home values.... Pros: self profit for a greedy developer

The Loop is way too crowded as it is!
