North County already has two in existence.George Weir in Escondido and Ramco off Nelson Way Escondido .A third would add more noise, traffic, road deterioration, environmental pollution not to mention a dust issue which would or should require water to reduced it.Animal habitat would also be impacted

I am very concerned about the air/dust pollution that this facility will generate. I live right across the freeway and believe my families health ( sons with asthma) will be detrimentally effected.

Incompatible zoning and allowed uses next to residential areas. No monitoring of compliance for this incompatible industrial use adjacent to residential areas.

How much money went into how many pockets for how long - in order to get something like this passed. Hopefully it will be investigated

I am absolutely against this project. Totally inappropriate area for it to be placed. Move it somewhere where it will not impact people and their lives. Irresponsible planning on every level.

It is a shame to turn such a beautiful site to an ugly ,industrial ,unclean ,noisy place. Please ,These kind of constructions should be out of city in a remote areas.

This mundane industrial recycling use at this location creates significant unacceptable RISK to the local natural environment, its communities & residents. There are NO benefits for the local communities. Managing & controlling this operation to minimize RISK to the communities requires a motivated & committed mgt. team. Is the mgt. team's past performance an indicator of future performance?

I've waited my entire life to own a home, and chose it specifically for the clean, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood it's in. Please do not destroy the dream I've worked so hard to achieve.

This high Impact Industrial project is a ridiculously inappropriate bit of pocket zoning. The negative impact on the quality of life and property values in the residential neighborhoods which surround it is a clue to how vulnerable we are when our elected representatives have other priorities.

How can the the county possibly allow an industrial zone in a swath of residencies. No other industry is anywhere close to this - measured in miles! something smells.

Not appropriate for this location. Project was to have an EIR promised by Planning Dept. Then changed to not requiring. Political ties & deals going on that Arie Dejong promised would enable his project.

Totally a terrible Idea for healhy living. It will affect many residents. There was an optional site in southbay where no residients would be affected.
