We are long-term renters in Emerald Heights, but we support the petition and oppose the project.

Opposed to this industrial project in such close proximity to our residence. Please respect the nearby residential communities and our desire for a safe, quiet and neighborly environment!

how does this even seem like a good idea for any residential area? This would impact my neighborhood as well and I csnt begin to imagine the noise, the environmental impact, and the ensuing illnesses as a result of breathing the toxic dust emitted into the air. This seems like lawsuit waiting to happen

This is a complicated project and numerous technical issues voiced by the public need to be addressed by the County Planning and Development Services before proceeding.
An extensive review of environmental impacts (truck traffic, noise, dust, possible expansion of the facility in the future, declining home values) for the NCER project still has not been Provided. They are using CEQA, section 15183, as a way of bypassing an Environmental Impact Report.
Also, you need to be sure that the concerned public has adequate time to prepare for the upcoming virtual meeting.
It seems there’s a lot to do before any final approval.

I am counting of City and County Leadership to listen to its citizen's voice on this project that is not a good fit for the proposed location.

This site is not appropriate for this project!
There are many sites in and around the Escondido/San Marcos communities that would be more suitable. Choose a previously developed site and leave the natural lands for the essential wildlife! We are not against development, but do support SMART and sustainable growth .

Please don’t build this facility. I have grand babies that live close and go to school. I don’t want them breathing this dust and dirt

I cannot believe this project has been approved up to this point! EVERYONE is against it. Follow the money somebody! Who’s getting paid off to allow this?? What happened to Californians’ oh so precious clean air to breathe?

This facility does not take into consideration, the families just east of the proposed facility. With the prevailing wind currents their homes will devastated dust, debris and tremendous noise

Please do not turn our community into an industrial area. This is where many people and families call home.
Thank you
