STOP MASS IMMIGRATION FRAUD IN CANADA. PUT CANADIANS FIRST

1 - It is the duty of the Canadian government to protect its citizens and prioritize the interest and well being of Canadian Citizens. Rule of law is paramount: ignoring anyone who breaks the law is being complicit in the crime and disrespectful to law abiding Canadians.

Current Canadian government has brought in over 2.8 million adult foreigners without vetting them for crime and terrorism. Canadian cities have been flooded with these foreigners. Crime, unemployment, car theft, unlicensed drivers, car accidents, loss of life, immigration fraud and unavailability of housing has all become unbearable and has increased uncontrollably.

URGENT 39 POINT ACTIONS REQUIRED BY GOVERNMENT

1- Immediately level the employment playing field for Canadians, specially the Canadian kids.

2 - Remove all quotas (including current 10%) that allow employers to hire any foreigner, international student or refugee. Hiring should be on merit and without any quota. Canadians should have absolute priority for every single job.

3- Immediately stop using our taxes to pay wage subsidies and other wage incentives towards the salary for any kind of foreigners, as they take jobs from Canadian kids.

4 - Immediately stop permanent residency plans for TEER4 & TEER5 skill workers.

5 - Until every Canadian is employed, no foreigner should be considered for Canadian jobs

6 - Immediately ban shopping plaza colleges and diploma mills from qualifying for asking for international Canadian student visa, and creating back door for unvetted adults who never plan on leaving; only accredited universities and colleges should have this privilege.

7 - Immediately restore the high standard needed for becoming a Canadian permanent resident & Citizen that existed until 2014: all nefarious or criminal activity in Canada & abroad were grounds for revocation of any pathway to becoming a Canadian.

8 - Until 2014 here was zero tolerance for anti-Canadian, anti-policy & criminal behaviour by any immigration applicant.

9 - Make Canadian citizenship valuable to attain, instead of a fraud riddled, gamed system, that can be easily accessed by fraudsters, providing them a G7 nation’s nationality.

10 - Recognize that international students and temporary foreign workers who claim to be victims of immigration agents, diploma mills, and abusive employers, after paying them thousands of dollars to perform an illegal act; are not victims; they are criminals who have actively participated in immigration crime. These criminals create the demand that fuels their entire immigration industry. They cry “victim” when caught or when their agenda is not fulfilled. Recognize these criminal as criminals.

11 - Immediately BAN VISITORS & foreigners FROM BURDENING CANADIAN state RESOURCES WITH any form of PROTESTS on Canadian soil.

12 - Any protest on Canadian soil by any non-Canadian citizen should be immediate grounds for deportation with no room for any appeal process that could put burden on Canadian tax payers.

13 - Disqualify everyone from any path to residency & Canadian citizenship if they are part of any action that burdens the exchequer or Canadian resources, which are: holding protest against Canadian policies that are in the interest of Canada, blocking roads, paths, parks, any activity requiring the utilization of tax funded resources.

14 - Any protest by OR for foreigners that results in use of tax payer funded ambulance, police, fire trucks or any other tax funded service should be billed to the organizers and attendees of the protest. Identities of the perpetrators and billing information should be taken at the time of use of any of this services.

15 - Any pretend hunger strikes leading to use of ambulance; any use of fire trucks putting out fake self inflicted arsons to protestor tents should be billed to the organizers of the protest and culprits, and this should lead to flagging of their immigration and visa files.

16 - There should be zero tolerance for protests by visitor, visa holder & temporary status holder in Canada.

17 - Any foreigners or anyone on temporary immigrations status in Canada who participates in a protest should be documented with their names, pictures and their visa/immigration files should be flagged: they should be removed from Canada with complete ban on any future entry.

18 - Government should provide a method of reporting on identities of these protesting foreigners to immigration department - the current reporting system seems to be intentionally broken.

19 - Immediately stop the ABUSE & Appeals of deportation proceedings by anyone on visa or temporary immigrations status: deportation proceeding should be swift with no burden on Canadian taxpayer

20 - There should be absolutely no bail for any foreigner breaking any law at all; deportation should be immediate upon arrest. In the current surge in violent crime, a significant number of criminals are international students & temporary status holders out on bail. This is simply unacceptable.

21 - Foreigners should be held to a stricter standard when it comes to law and order than Canadian, not lesser.

22 - STOP ENCOURAGING IMMIGRATION FRAUD and implement zero tolerance towards it.

23 - Start immediate new scrutiny of existing visa and immigration applications, submitted documents for Express entry, PWP, PNP and any pathway to residency. Check for fake documents such as purchased English language exams like IELTS, fake bank statement provided by visitors claiming they can sustain themselves in Canada. Any fake document claim should immediately disqualify the foreigner from any immigration pathway and should lead to swift deportation. Lying on a government application should be considered the federal crime that it is, and should come with swift deportation.

24 - Ban international students and foreign workers in Canada from claiming any asylum or refugee status at all. Their status should not be convertible AT ALL! Immediately deport such claimants. Deport anyone attending protest of separatist movement to buttress and enhance their refugee claim.

25 - Stop all LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) issuance to employers on an immediate basis: These assessments that claim no Canadian can be found for a job, should be banned until the government creates an job application system that issues a federal tracking application ID to every applicant who applies for the LMIA job thru a government portal. These Federal ID should be the method of tracking how many Canadians and PR holders applied for this LMIA posted job. This tally should catch the employers committing LMIA fraud.
This is the only way to verify the reality of whether Canadians and Permanent Residents have applied for a Job. The current system believes the sham employers’ claims that Canadians are not available for a job & then goes on to receive the LMIA, which is sold for over $50,000 to foreigners.

26 - Immediately stop compromising safety of any industry (such as construction) for religious reasons. Turbans cannot be considered a hard hat. Safety inspectors who are taking bribe from their own community to pass safety inspection should be criminally prosecuted for endangering Canadian lives.

27 - Any visitor in Canada who makes anti-Canadian social media content should be considered anti-Canadian and should be disqualify from any immigration pathways and should not be allowed to enter Canada

28 - Immediately ban Canadian politicians, voted in by Canadian citizens, from sponsoring any activity by foreigners, protestors of Canadian policy and other activity that put foreigners’ needs above Canadian constituents.

29 - Immediately investigate Canadian politician whose family and friends are actively involved all levels of immigration fraud: these politicians influence and make immigration policy to boost their immigration business. This is like allowing a criminal to make the laws that help him commit crime and get out of it without consequence.

30 - Put a complete stop to immigration from India until the system is fixed.

31 - Immediately require employers who hire only their ethnic minorities from a specific community to diversify. Diversity in hiring should not mean any minority ethnicity can hire entire teams from their own sub-group. There should be visible minorities from other Canadian communities. Create a method of keeping check and balances on this requirements. There should be ways to check if these employers are intentionally keeping other Canadians out.

32 - Require everyone working in Canada to communicate in only English & French language on their jobs; failure to do so should be a reportable & should come with a penalty ; creating minority cliques based on language and isolating Canadian is racist to say the least.

33 - Immediately disqualify Canadian immigration (RCIC) consultant who call Canadians racist, participate in protest with foreigners, behave as activists pretending to fight for a group of foreigners, and challenge any Canadian immigration policy. They are to consult on policy, not hold protest calling policies wrong.

34 - Ban influence of any advocacy groups on Canadian lives. Everyday Canadians’ problems are not solved by advocacy groups like Century initiative & World Economic Forum. They do not put Canadians first. Century Initiative’s desire to increase Canadian population to 100 million is their theoretical wet dream, and not a realistic option for everyday Canadians.

35 - Canadians should be provided immediate method of voting by referendum on every single bill and every immigration policy. Government should no longer have absolute power to pass bills and policy that majority of Canadians find damaging or against their self interest.

36 - Government should swiftly find the method or technology for referendum to Canadian citizens: Whether it is by giving access thru My Canada online account or providing Service Canada kiosks that allow Canadians to vote on bills and policy; government needs to make this available in the shortest possible time and enshrine this as every Canadian’s right.

37 - Recognize and fix the corruption that Canadians consider “Government by Representation” to be. Duty to Canadians has been abandoned by members of parliament and provincial assemblies. As taxpayers we need to take the passing of bills and policies that affect us away from the monopoly of the politicians. It is every Canadian’s right to have an opinion on every single bill and policy.
At this time Canadian perceive all politicians to be corrupt, not sincere and easily swayed by lobbyist and their own business interests; they cannot be trusted and left alone for 4 years, while Canadians are occupied toiling away and paying taxes that fund the lives of these politicians, who then make anti-Canadian policies.

38 - Immediately stop using press releases and issuing statements that insult the intelligence of Canadian; we do not need to hear the government vagaries like “plans on considering thinking about scaling back, with exception, XYZ policy”.)

2 (cont.) With this irresponsible act, the current government has abandoned its duty to the citizens of Canada who voted for them.

3 - As a sovereign nation Canadians reserve the right to make any policy we see fit for our self interest: no foreigner, or guest in Canada has any right to challenge Canadian policies. Canadians citizens have the right to stand up for their sovereign policy & decisions.

5 - Protesting international students and foreign workers are portraying generations of law abiding Canadians who built the bridges, highways, farms and infrastructure of this great nation as the enemy against which a war has to be waged: language of war, revolution, struggle, fight, overthrow and destruction is being used by those foreigners who asked for and were given the gift of studying or temporary work in this great nations of Canada.

6 - These temporary visitors now claim they have a right to stay in Canada by hook or by crook. This aggressive stance by these ungrateful guests has given rise to a profitable immigration industry built on fraud and deception aided by Canadian citizens from same ethnicity, community, politicians, charities and lawyers.
The government is gaining from this fraud with minority votes and donations, while an average Canadian is being hurt in an irreversible way. This government aided deception is abandonment of its fundamental duty to Canadian citizens and voters.

7 - Law abiding immigrants are Canada’s asset. However, foreigners using fraud to stay in Canada can never be expected to become good citizens of Canada. People inside or outside Canada who are part of this fraud are deliberately part of a mechanism that hurts hard working Canadians. Politicians who facilitate this damage to Canadians are unpatriotic and complicit in this crime.

8 - The financial burden of identifying, fighting or legally challenging fraud in immigration is not a burden that Canadians should bear thru loss of quality of life, chaos and taxes. Government incompetence that puts this burden on law abiding tax paying Canadians is deliberate deception.

9 - Canadian soil, visa and passport is being used as a pathway for greener pastures like the US. There is no patriotism attached to the citizenship of Canada by these aggressors.

10 - Canada and Canadians are not responsible for immigrations frauds being spun by agents in India and other countries with criminal immigration organized crime.

11 - The revolution is not for the immigrations fraudsters to start… it is Canadian who want these criminal, crooks, ungrateful guests out of Canada.

12 - With this uncontrolled, unvetted foreigners being allowed into Canada by the government, we have reversed decades of worker protection progress made with the sweat and blood of generations of hard working Canadians. It is a disgrace that labour unions are siding with anti-Canadian and anti-progress rhetoric of foreigners.
