麥當勞竟衊視嶺南文化，近日竟取消廣州市電話訂餐之粵語服務，逼使廣州人以外來語（普通話及英語）訂餐，實屬可恥。
秦滅百越，凡二千餘年，嶺南文化及語言一直生生不息。近數十年來，廣州話一直受打壓。今麥當勞為求功利而聯同他力滅絕嶺南種族文化，欲令五羊城變成西藏及新疆，此乃罪大惡極。望各位廣傳此聯署，勿令千年文化毀於一旦！
Canton (Guangzhou) is the origin of the Cantonese language spoken by over 100 million people around the world. It is the local language of Canton and the official language of Hong Kong, as well as the mother tongue of many ethnic Chinese in Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, and the US. It dates back to more than 2000 years, preserves much more Chinese vocabularies compared to other Chinese languages, and most importantly the language of the people of Canton. The United Nations has recognized Cantonese as a language.
MacDonald's has decided to end their Cantonese option for their ordering services in Canton, forcing customers to either speak Mandarin or English. We believe MacDonald's action is to join the Communists effort in an ongoing cultural genocide, turning Canton into another Tibet and Xinjiang. We need to tell MacDonald's to stop!

support Cantonese, as an international country, this action is against freedoms and people's will, 甘大個國家應該包容唔同文化而唔係趕盡殺絕。國際大國既氣度去曬 邊啊??
Cantonese should be the formal language in Canton／Guangzhou. Mandarin is the language for other PPL who doeant know Cantonese which is the second language.
It is very ashamed of China to kill the language of Cantonese for uniting the people in the interest of interest groups of China.China have to STOP this kind of action!
Cantonese is the mother language of canton, company from others places must learn how to respect.
